R and her 18 year old daughter came to Canada last year on refugee status. They were living in an uninhabitable basement and had to move due to the poor conditions.  They did not have much other than a few items of clothing.  With the help of our amazing volunteers they were able to get a lovely Fresh Start!  

Our delivery team very sweetly also took some Tim Horton's goodies for the clients and 18 year old C loved her first taste of an iced capp!
